He identified a combination of factors, including active demodex, Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), and post-cataract surgery issues. The absolute best eye Dr to go to!!! Went to other eye drs with no resolution. Then found Dr Azman and IPL treatments. The best thing you can do for dry eyes/mgd is go to Dr Azman and get IPL. My eyes are restored! When I came to him I was in bad shape. My tears were rolling down my face all day long. I was losing hope. Dr. Azman said I could go off the Rx drops another dr had prescribed. I don’t need them. He did 4 IPL treatments which is the best technology for mgd and I feel great. He used the IPL to treat rosacea around my eyes and face as well as my eyes so that the rosacea didn’t migrate up to my eyes. The treatments are anti-aging for your skin as well so there is multi benefits to getting this done. I definitely needed it for my eyes and that was just an extra added benefit.
