About the Dry Eye Center of Maryland
Dr. Benjamin Azman was trained at the State University of New York College of Optometry and is currently the Medical Director at the Dry Eye Center of Maryland and Co-Director of Contact Lens Specialty Services. Dr. Azman has experience in both private practice and hospital-based settings. He completed a rotation at the Perry Point VA Hospital in Perryville, MD, where he examined, diagnosed, and treated hundreds of patients with dry eyes.
At the Dry Eye Center of Maryland, Dr. Azman specializes in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of dry eyes and related ocular surface disease. Through experience, medicine-based expertise, compassion, and state-of-the-art technology, Dr. Azman has successfully helped thousands of patients who were suffering from dry eyes. He is passionate and meticulous about his work and is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to all of his patients.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland Dr. Azman is married with four children. With his father, Dr. Thomas Azman, and uncle, Dr. Irwin Azman, they built a solid partnership in caring for dry eye patients. Dr. Benjamin Azman specializes in the prevention and intervention of dry eye syndrome and ocular disease through the state-of-the-art technology, experience, medicine-based expertise, and compassion. Dr. Azman has successfully improved the lives of patients suffering from dye eye syndrome and contact lens intolerance and discomfort.
