Dry Eye Ambassador Program: Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Dry Eye Ambassador Program (“Program”) is open to all current patients of The Dry Eye Center of Maryland. Participants must be in good standing with the clinic to be eligible for rewards.
- Referral Reward: For every new referral who purchases an IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) or IPL+RF (IPL with Radio Frequency) package, the referring patient (“Ambassador”) will receive a discount of $250 off their next IPL session (“Reward”).
- Referral Definition: A referral is defined as a new patient who has not previously received services at The Dry Eye Center of Maryland. The referral must mention the Ambassador’s name at the time of their first appointment for the Ambassador to qualify for the Reward.
- Reward Redemption: The $250 discount can only be applied to the Ambassador’s future IPL sessions and is non-transferable. The discount must be used within 6 months of the referral’s package purchase date.
- Program Duration: This Program is ongoing and subject to change. The Dry Eye Center of Maryland reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals an Ambassador can make. However, Rewards are subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
- Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by The Dry Eye Center of Maryland.
- Privacy: Personal information collected through this Program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Program and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Liability: The Dry Eye Center of Maryland is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Ambassadors or referrals participating in the Program.
